The aim of the Conference will be to enhance the participation of young people in issues relating to Youth Advancement, Cultural Diplomacy, and Conflict Resolution in West Africa, and particularly in Nigeria. Through a series of lectures, debates, workshops, and interactive discussions, the Conference will initiate and implement a number of initiatives based on the mission of the Organization for Youth Education & Development, and will work to effectively mobilize the mass participation of young people in the construction of sustainable proposals for the advancement of youth expansion in West Africa. The Conference will see the gathering of a wide range of leaders from a variety of fields including politics, diplomacy, activism, the media, the private sector, and the arts who will help to facilitate the promotion of dialogue on the issue of West African youth advancement with the ultimate goal of creating permanent guidelines and procedures.
